How do I return my order?

In accordance with EU regulations, all our products are subject to a 14-day return and exchange period, excluding hygiene products (such as underwear).

Our mission is to be a safe and reliable shopping channel for our customers, so that's why we also follow the guidelines of the Consumer Ombudsman regarding error liability.   • The 14-day return right starts from the moment you have received the product.
  • The products to be returned must be intact, unused and in a salable condition.
  • Please note that not picking up the item from Posti is not the same as canceling the order. The goods must first be picked up from Posti, and then returned according to the return instructions.
  • You can also cancel the order before it has been mailed. You can cancel the order by sending a message to our customer service. In this case, the order will be canceled and the money will be returned promptly. If the order has been mailed in time, it is not possible to cancel the order, but the products still have a right of return within 14 days from the day of receipt of the product. For unclaimed packages, we charge the customer the return shipping costs.

 

Read below the instructions for returning the product (domestic returns)

 

  • If you want to return the product, please contact customer service. We will send you a return form where you can find Posti's return code.

 

  • Take the return package to any Post office or parcel machine and keep the return receipt you received. 

 

  • You will receive an acknowledgment from us when your return has been received.

 

  • We will refund you once your return has been received.

 

If more than 3 weeks have passed since your return and you still haven't received an email from us, please contact our customer service and send us a photo/copy of the return receipt you received from Posti.

 

 

When we have processed your return, you will receive information about a replacement product or a refund to your email. If it is a transaction cancellation and a refund, the refund will be paid within 2 weeks of processing your return to the same payment card or account from which the payment originally came to us.

 

If you return products from a place other than Finland, the customer pays the return costs themselves.
