What if my product is damaged or missing?
We are very sorry if your product is damaged or incomplete. You can make a complaint about the product to our customer service by email. Contact information for our customer service can be found on the "Contact Us" page.
Can I return a used product?
We reserve the right to refuse a return due to a damaged product or hygiene reasons.
If we refuse the return for these reasons, the product will be returned to you from our warehouse and no money will be refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Products that have been tried on to assess whether they fit are not considered used.
I received a product that I did not order
We apologize if we sent you something you did not order.
Please kindly return the wrong product to us by first sending an email to our customer service halot@halotdesign.fi , that you did not order the product in question.
You can return the wrong product and we will send you the product according to your order free of charge.
